Bookkeeper Accountant

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or accountant, preferably in realty or leasing.
• Proficiency in EFPS BIR system.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with preparing and submitting BIR forms using EFPS.
