Bookkeeper/Accountant

About the Role:
.We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise
in accounting and bookkeeping, with specific experience in the realty industry, particularly in leasing office and warehouse spaces.
The
successful hire will ensure accurate financial management and compliance with the EFPS BIR system while supporting the company's
financial health.
Qualifications:
Required:
.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
.Proven experience as a bookkeeper or accountant, preferably in realty or leasing.
.Proficiency in EFPS BIR system.
.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
.Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Preferred:
.Bachelor of Accountancy degree.
.Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
.Experience with preparing and submitting BIR forms using EFPS.
