Bookkeeper/Accountant

Location: Chino Roces Extension, Makati City
Industry: Real Estate Business (Leasing Office/Warehouse Spaces)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or accountant, preferably in realty or leasing.
- Proficiency in EFPS BIR system.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
