Bookeeper

The Bookkeeper's primary function is to provide support to our clients in Canada and the U.S. by performing tasks such as bookkeeping, data entry, reconciling financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with various financial transactions and administrative duties.

Qualifications: At least college level in Accounting, Accounting Technology or any related degree program.Fresh Graduates are welcome to applyProficient in using Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational and communication skillsGood attention to detailsFamiliarity with Quickbooks Online is a plus, but not required Responsibilities: Manage all accounting transactionsPrepare budget forecastsPublish financial statements in timeProvide reports on the client's financial condition and liquidityAudit financial transactions and documentsReinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessaryAdhere to financial policies and regulationsCommunicate with clients and other stakeholders Additional Information: On-site SetupWork Location: Z-6 4450 Tabunoc, City of Talisay, CebuFull-time EmploymentWork Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM – 6 PMFixed weekends offOnly Cebu-based applicants will be entertained
