Finance and Accounting ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSOCIATE Responsibilities: Verifies validity and correctness of invoices from Foreign Vendors, as well as proper charging to appropriate accounts and cost centers. Prepares and monitors Group's Foreign Cash Position and Foreign Currency funding requirements. Validates invoices based on supporting documents for Foreign Vendor payments. Determines accounts and cost centers, inputs, and posts entries for payments in Accounting System of payments thru Accounts Payable Vouchers. Qualifications: Graduate of Finance and Accounting-related course At least 1 year of related experience Knowledge in SAP is an advantage Knowledgeable in tax treatment of vendor payments PROJECT ACCOUNTANT Responsibilities: Validates invoices based on supporting documents (i.e., Payment Request Form, Delivery Receipt, Purchase Order Form, Contract) for various vendors; Determines accounts and cost center, inputs and posts entries for payments in Accounting System of payments thru Accounts Payable Vouchers Prepares check / fund transfer payments to various vendors Files Check and Payment Vouchers and other vendor payment related files Monitors payments for signature and ensures payments are remitted on or before due date Prepares customer billings and issues collection/ official receipt for collections Prepare Daily Cash Position Maintains Petty Cash Fund of assigned Department/ Company Qualifications: Graduate of any Business course, preferably with major in Accounting At least 1yr relevant experience Adept knowledge in MS Office Good communication and presentation skills Tax treatment of vendor payments, highly organized, keen to details People Management LOSS PREVENTION OFFICER Responsibilities: Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain the security of premises Report daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damages, theft, presence of unauthorized Conduct daily briefings to outsourced security guards to align responsibilities and company expectations. Initiate preventive measures and information to ensure the safety and security of company properties and employees Conduct risk assessment and determine threats to the company and offer a preventive measure Qualifications: At least 2-3 years' experience Preferably in the retail industry With a strong work ethic and discipline Possess good social skills Observant, sharp, and attentive Ability to work independently and make sound decisions EMPLOYEE RELATIONS OFFICER Responsibilities: Employee Engagement Take a lead in delivering consistent approach to all internal communications Develop channels of communication relevant to the needs of the workforce Design and deliver the employee engagement strategy in conjunction with the HR Asst. Manager, monitoring and evaluating as appropriate Ensure that the development and delivery of effective engagement tools are developed, maintained and evaluated to ensure effectiveness Participate and lead on specific projects as directed by the HR management Employee Relations Handle complaints and grievance of employees through addressing the problem and implementing necessary action. Review notification on promotional announcement, HR activities, and other operational reports. Ensures that all labor standards are followed. Facilitates compliance with Department of Labor and Employment; coordinate with different departments on the annual submission of documents. Oversee in updating necessary employee records such as, promotion, compensation adjustment, employment status, transfer of location or company and other personnel change necessary. Qualifications: Graduate of BS/AB Psychology, Human Resource or Behavioral Science related program At least 5 years of proven work experience as HR Employee Relations Specialist or a similar role Demonstrated knowledge of labor law Outstanding interpersonal skills Exceptional written and verbal communication Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong problem-solving ability COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS OFFICER Responsibilities: Responsible for managing compensation and benefits programs of the company and ensures that such programs are in compliance with labor laws Oversee the employee benefit administration, timekeeping and payroll procedure Design and develop compensation package and policies Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture Create and analyze job descriptions evaluations and classifications Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks Apply effective communication strategies employees needs by conducting organizational survey Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the filed Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports on employee compensation and benefits Qualifications: Graduate of Human Resource, Behavioral Science or Business Administration related program At least 5 years of proven work experience as Compensation and Benefits Specialist or similar role Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices Demonstrated knowledge of labor law Strong quantitative and analytical skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Operations CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE (STORE BASED) Responsibilities: Meets customer requirements within the store premises and provides accurate and up-to-date information on our products and services Attends to customer needs such as book inquiries, title location, and book content, and recommends the appropriate books and merchandise Arranges and displays books and merchandise in the respective sections Recommends new titles and re-orders existing titles based on inventory, sales movement, and customer needs, interests, and requests Participates in shipment-receiving procedures by checking the accuracy of shipment contents, placing the proper price tags, and performing other related tasks Acts as a reliever for counter duties (i.e. baggage, customer service) and assists in the implementation of marketing activities within store premises Qualifications: At least College level of any course At least 1 year related experience Book savvy Excellent customer service skills Pleasing personality Knowledgeable in merchandise display Organizational skills Knowledge in inventory procedure BRANCH CASHIER Responsibilities: Receives payments in the form of cash, check or credit card transactions for all merchandises purchased / rendered Assists customer with various question typically related to payment, account balance or item purchased Balances cash drawer Provides the daily sales report Prepares and performs cash and check deposits related reports, such as credit charge slip summary, EWT summary, and O.R.
