Blown Film Extrusion Machine Operator

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:

- Check concurrent production run of each machine.
- Ensure that the production job schedule is fully served.
- Coordinate with the chief operators for any irregularities encountered during production.
- Ensure that all special instructions received from the film blowing supervisor.
- Communicate with QA/QC for any query on the evaluation.
- Coordinate with helpers for the preparation of required, materials.
- Responsible to troubleshoot and adjust machine parameters during start-up, in-process, change-over and shutdown.
- Coordinate quality control for non-conforming products and create ways for improvements.
- Assures the cleanliness and orderliness of the department.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Have at least two (2) years related work experience specializing in Manufacturing, production operations, or equivalent.
- Team player and hardworking.
- Can work with minimum supervision.
