Blaster & Painter Supervisor Or P&C Supervisor

1.0 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.1 Ensure to monitor the progress given by FOREMAN and must be completed on time as per given manhour and correct.

1.2 Ensure the FOREMAN is a role model to subordinates that comply with safety rules and regulations always.

1.3 Job/task given by FOREMAN to subordinates must be properly monitored and ensure the completion is always achieved.

1.4 Strictly enforce PROPER HOUSEKEEPING at all times in place of work

1.5 To raise/prepare work acceptance report for every jobs already completed prior to billing purposes.

1.6 Check and monitor the daily activities of SUB-CON and ensure that they achieved the set schedule.

1.7 Raise manpower request for the job needed as necessary for each vessel.

1.8 Assist section superintendent in ensuring that the day to day operation of the section are carried-out properly, effectively and efficiently.

1.9 Ensure the job carried-out in blasting and painting are according to international standard specification.

1.10 Ensure to properly monitor the mixing of paints to avoid any defects that might cause rejects/re-works.

2.0 EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

3.1 Education:
? Graduate of vocational course and/or Engineering related courses

3.2 Experience:
? At least 5-10 years supervisory related experience in a shipyard industry.
? Others:
? Good communication and personal relation skills
? Computer literate
