- 2year degree Biomedical Course
- Preferably with NCII Certificate but not required
- Fresh graduate or at least 1-year work experience in related field is preferred but not required
- Experience in driving (motorcycle, car) but not required
- Calibrating, maintaining, and repairing the medical machinery used in a healthcare facility

- **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- **_EQUIPMENT OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE_**:
- Ensure quality new equipment installation.
- Restore any equipment breakdown following a set time and quality standards of restoration.
- Conduct preventive maintenance procedures based on schedule and quality standards.
- Identify and diligently check the wear and tear on equipment parts that may lead to major equipment breakdown and recommend the best way to mitigate further problem.
- **_EQUIPMENT AUDIT AND ADMINISTRATION_**:
- Ensure that all original Service Request documents are kept in an orderly manner as data source for engineering KPIs.
- Provides accurate and timely reports and documentation of all restoration made as data support on equipment condition and strategic planning on machine upgrades of the client.
- Conduct equipment audit during preventive maintenance procedure and identify a timetable for possible replacement as internal information for Sales.
- _**CLIENT RELATIONSHIP**_
- Build rapport and relationship with clients.
- Augment any technical support needed by client from local and principal partners

- Assist Sales in the preparation for demo and installation.
