Bim Specialist

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Industrial Technology with a major in Drafting.
• 3-5 years of professional experience as a Revit Modeler/Drafter or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in BIM modeling using Revit and other relevant BIM technologies.
• Solid understanding of building construction technology, with the ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Experience in residential construction and interior design is advantageous.
• Strong design and drafting skills.
• Basic knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and standards.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Willingness to work on-site in Clark, Pampanga.
• Immediate availability to start is preferred.
