Bim Modeler

Performs design and BIM works.
Participates in design charrettes and other collaboration meetings.
Performs quality checking of drawings produced to comply with firm's quality standards.
Performs due diligence on safety and building codes and standards.
Generates solutions to conflicts in drawing details by searching and gathering information, participating in meetings or consulting immediate superior.
Assists in the preparation of schedule of materials and finishes and preparation of specifications and other related documents.
Performs project site inspection.
Qualifications:

Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in architecture/engineering, Industrial Technology Major in Drafting.
Preferably with 3-5 years of experience as Revit Modeler / Drafter or similar role.
Experience in residential construction and interior design is a plus.
Possess skills in modeling using Revit, and other BIM technology.
Has basic knowledge in building construction technology.
Can understand architectural and engineering drawings.
Has basic knowledge in design and drafting skills.
Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga.
Can start ASAP.
