The BIM Modeler is responsible in developing the construction drawings and extracts data on a BIM platform. He will ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set by the BIM Team Lead/Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform drawing work tasked.
Carry out 3D modeling works for real life project with clients using Autodesk Revit and Civil 3D application.
Familiar with other modeling tools.
Perform modeling works by using Autodesk BIM related software.
All 3D modeling works to be carried out and work in a team to deliver project dateline in accordance to project deliverable.
Review project document/files for compliance with standards/protocols.
Coordinating drawing production in line with the project requirements and practices.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in one of the following fields: Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering (ECE), Mechanical Engineering, or Sanitary Engineering.
Diploma in BIM Modeling or equivalent working experience
BIM Modeling certification is an added advantage
Proficient in BIM-related software, including Autodesk REVIT, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Minimum of 6 months of experience with Autodesk Revit; experience with Navisworks is considered an added value.
Must have the ability to read and interpret design plans.
Knowledge of BIM 360 is a plus.
Prior working experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry is an added advantage.
Strong interest in working in a solution and service-oriented environment.
Demonstrates the right working attitude.
Ability to work independently.
A team player who is willing to travel or work on-site as required.
Previous experience in a BIM environment is an added advantage.
Project experience in the railways sector is an added advantage.
Willingness to be assigned to both office and on-site locations.
