EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
Civil Engineer or related field
Work Experience : Min 5 yrs.
/ preferably in the construction industry.
Work Schedule : Monday – Friday : 9:00AM – 6:00PM
Salary Range(Monthly) : Open Negotiation
Work Location :   MAKATI

JOB DESCRIPTION:
? Developing high-precision 3D models using BIM software.
? Collaborating with engineers and architects during data exchange.
? Establishing strong network communication with stakeholders.
? Coordinating project delivery timelines.
? Identifying clashes or conflicts in the design.
? Implementing and maintaining BIM standards.
? Quantity takeoff and cost estimation using BIM.
? Reviewing the quality of BIM models, and more.
