BIM MODELER ( CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY) MAKATI EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
Civil Engineer or related field
Work Experience : Min 5 yrs. / preferably in the construction industry.
Work Schedule : Monday – Friday : 9:00AM – 6:00PM
Salary Range(Monthly) : Open Negotiation
Work Location : MAKATI

JOB DESCRIPTION: Developing high-precision 3D models using BIM software.Collaborating with engineers and architects during data exchange.Establishing strong network communication with stakeholders.Coordinating project delivery timelines.Identifying clashes or conflicts in the design.Implementing and maintaining BIM standards.Quantity takeoff and cost estimation using BIM.Reviewing the quality of BIM models, and more.
