Bim Manager

Job Functions:

Perform design and BIM works.
Participate in design charrettes and other collaboration meetings.
Conduct quality checks of drawings to ensure compliance with the firm's quality standards.
Perform due diligence on safety and building codes and standards.
Generate solutions to conflicts in drawing details by:
Searching and gathering relevant information.
Participating in meetings.
Consulting with immediate superiors.
Assist in the preparation of schedules of materials and finishes, specifications, and other related documents.
Conduct project site inspections.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Industrial Technology with a Major in Drafting.
10-15 years of experience as a Revit Modeler/Drafter or in a similar role is preferred.
Experience in residential construction and interior design is a plus.
Proficiency in modeling using ArchiCAD, Revit, and other BIM technologies.
Basic knowledge of building construction technology.
Ability to understand architectural and engineering drawings.
Basic design and drafting skills.
Willing to work in a collaborative environment.
