Job Title: BIM Architect/Sr. BIM Architect
Experience: 2+ Years
Home Office: Mandaluyong
Qualification: Diploma in Arch/B.Arch.
Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and maintain project BIM models.Ensure integration of BIM models into project workflows.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers.Lead BIM coordination meetings and manage BIM deliverables.Oversee the design process from conceptual to construction phases.Requirements: Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree in a relevant field such as Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
Experience Level: Candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in BIM Engineering or a related field.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit for 3D modeling and design.Familiarity with system integration and hardware engineering.Strong grasp of CAD, design principles, and residential construction.Ability to lead projects, with PMP certification being advantageous.Knowledge in quality management and system design.Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and leadership skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.Innovative thinker with a passion for technology in construction.Working ConditionsOffice-based role with occasional visits to construction sites. Collaboration in a multidisciplinary team environment.
