Billing Specialist

Process all account credits once authorized by management.
- Ensure billing invoices are free from any billing errors prior to invoice release.
- Provide regular, relevant, clear, frequent, and proactive updates on customer tickets to ensure our customers are kept informed throughout the ticket resolution lifecycle.
- Maintain up to date, clear and concise ticket notes.
- Manage all internal and external relationships in the best interests of the customer.
- Establish, maintain, and improve operating procedures and associated documentation.
- Assist other Operational teams with billing related changes on existing or new services.

**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php37,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Billing or accounting: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
