Billing In Charge

Coordinate with Project Engineer and Cost engineer to gather required information, materials, technical information and scope of works which is related to dry docking vessel.
Making sure that all necessary documents are attached and correct before processing Purchase Request.
Assist Purchasing Staff in preparing Tabulation (PRS) and Contract Orders to Contractors, if necessary.
Conduct daily route to dry docking vessel to monitor works and completion.
Create proper reporting and communicate with Project Engineer, Costing Engineer, Vessel Owner and Shipyard Head for approval of Completion report and certificate of acceptance.
Monitor all on-going works and repairs of Vessel, all pending Purchase Requests (PR) and Contract Orders (CO) to make sure all needed documents are ready for billing once works are done.
Assist all Contractors to comply needed documents and check list before transmitting to finance department.
Support process improvement to develop procurement billing policy process and improve operation efficiency.
Support cost saving initiative as needed.
Ensure compliance to corporate policies and procedures.
Ensure the proper filling of all procurement documents.
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
