Billing Coordinator

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Keep Customer information, update customer records with issued invoices, new payments, collating and filing documents, etc.
- Create and issue invoices to customers.
- Process debit/credit memos.
- Answer customer queries.
- Assist the Accounting Department with the preparation of financial reports.
- Ensure compliance to HSEQ and corporate policies including exercise duty of care.
- Take responsibility of our health and safety and that of others.
- Use work items provided by the company, including personal protective equipment in accordance with company polices and best practices.
- Other tasks that may be assigned by immediate supervisor or department head.
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Graduate of any business course related.
- Good communication, strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Keen attention to details.
- Must be able to multitask and deal with customer concerns in a professional manner.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Good team player
- With working experience as Billing Assistant or in a similar role.
- Working knowledge of accounting standards and relevant legal regulations.
- Proficient in MS Applications.
**Salary**: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pasay: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- billing assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- accounting: 1 year (preferred)
