Billing Associate

- Provides back office support by following the established procedures for invoicing/billing of clients
- Updates client information in the accounting system
- Checks 2.0 files and performs quality assurance on client invoices
- Creates billing reports for special clients
- Answers simple billing queries from clients
- Communicates billing concerns to other departments as needed
- Performs other duties as required
