Billing Associate

**_Qualifications: _**- College Graduate- At least 2 years of experience- Knowledge in SAP- Familiarity with business process (credit policy, billing, collection and accounts reconciliation)- Well adept in spreadsheets and PowerPoint**_Duties and Responsibilities: _**- In charge of printing and processing of customer orders and delivery receipt- Encoding and updating of daily delivery & unified monitoring via google shared drive- Organize documentation and on time transmittal- Updating, sending, checking and validating actual inventory and report discrepancy report- Coordinates route planning to 3pl transport provider and ensure on time turnover of delivery documents to3pl dispatching team- Served as hub focal person representing UPPI**Salary**: Php12,000.00 - Php13,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Cebu City, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
