Billing Assistant

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in any related field
Experience: Has at least 6 months experience in billing and collection.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Assist the Department in various accounting works such as billing, recording of accounts payable book, recording in the subsidiary ledger of income and expense;
-Inputs entries for processing of payroll of personnel;
-Prepare and update the subsidiary ledger of the following: Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable, Accrued Interest Receivable, and prepayments;
-Assists in the preparation of Quarterly Corporate Income Tax Returns;
-Prepares periodic reports in compliance with the requirements of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and prepares schedules of monthly output tax on sales and services and rentals and input tax on purchases of goods and services;
-Filing and encoding of accounting documents; and
-Perform other related functions that may be directed by LBRDC from time to time.

Salary offer: Php 15,000 - 17,000
