Billing Assistant

Details of the offer

Ø Compute billing and prepare billing invoices.
Ø Ensure billing invoices are received by the client.
Ø Record billing invoices received by the client in the accounting system, complete and accurate.
Ø Follow up collection of accounts receivable from client.
Ø Record collections/official receipts in the accounting system, complete and accurate.
Qualifications:
ü Minimum of one (1) year experience in Billing & Collection function.
ü Graduate of Accountancy or Business-related course.
ü Must be very organized.
ü Keen on details.
ü Computer literate must know how to operate office machines and equipment.
ü Can start as soon as possible.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
