Billing And Purchasing Staff

Details of the offer

• Researching and identifying potential suppliers/vendors for required goods and services.
• Negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Generating purchase orders based on approved requisitions or requests from internal departments.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure open communication and resolve any issues that arise.
• Collaborating with inventory management teams to ensure adequate stock levels of critical items.
• Preparing budget forecasts and cost estimates for upcoming procurement needs.
• Maintaining accurate records of purchasing activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier correspondence.
• Addressing and resolving any issues or discrepancies in procurement transactions.
• Proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks in the procurement process.
• Entering purchased items into an Excel file and labeling materials before handing them over to authorized personnel.
• Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time
