Billing And Collection

**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare and send Statement of Account to Unit Owners/Tenants
- Prepare Statement of Account Summary
- Issue Provisionary Receipt and Official Receipt to Unit Owners/Tenants
- File BIR form 2307 (CWT)
- Deposit collection every day
- Prepare Daily Collection Report
- Prepare Collection Summary
- Prepare Notices to Unit Owners/Tenants
- Maintain Unit Owners/Tenants Subsidiary Ledger
- Remind Delinquent Unit Owners/Tenants
- Prepare Accounts Receivable Aging
- Provide accurate and effective document preparation and records management relative to the Billing and Collection Functions in accordance with records retention policies and procedures
- Adherence to SPMC ISO Quality Manual
- Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
- Handles petty cash funds
- Handles collection of association dues, utilities
- Perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time

**MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**A.
EDUCATION**
- A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy

**B.
WORK EXPERIENCE**
- Must have at least 1-year related work experience in the same industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php15,000.00 per month
