Billing And Collection Assistant

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Monitoring the accounts receivable of the assigned Division.
- Preparation of necessary documents for submission of billing to customers.
- Consistently doing collection follow-up to achieve collection target.
- Reconciliation of accounts as needed.
- Conducts credit investigation.
- Receiving and remittance of payments.
- Schedules daily schedule of Collectors.
- Complies with the set Credit & Collection Policies and Procedures.
- Perform other task that may be assigned as needed.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Willing to work at Greenhills, San Juan Manila
