Billing And Collection Assistant

**Qualifications**:

- Must be a college graduate
- With at least 1-year experience working in an Insurance company
- Good communication skills and provide exceptional customer service since she will work with the clients
- Very good organizational skills with keen to detail and meticulous
- Ability to work with less supervision and to work independently
- Good in analysis and problem solving
- Can work under pressure and cope with tight deadlines and willing to render overtime
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Prepares all necessary documents for all bonds requirement, and monitoring all supporting docs such Purchase Order, certificate and other related docs for bonds
- Responsible for filing of all bonds related concerns.

- Follows-up status of bonds from quotation, release of policy, payment process and OR for compliance.
- Submits the weekly report of accomplishment for submission to the Billing Supervisor to closely monitor the status of all applied bonds.
- Monitors and updates the bonds tracker as deem needed
- Responsible for all work related to billing; complies with the other task assigned from time to time

**Salary**: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
