**Location / Shift**
Clark Office, Night Shift

As a Billing Analyst, you are responsible for inputting and analyzing carrier information, reporting on usage and charges, while advising and making changes to fulfil the client's needs.
The Billing Analyst we are looking for will also be responsible for invoicing the client and able to communicate about the invoice and discrepancies.
**Key responsibilities**:

- Responsible for retrieving and entering telecom invoices and associated data files
- Ensures accuracy of charges and usage along with making any necessary carrier changes to fulfil client needs and advises stakeholders of any potential issues
- Provide monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reporting with a focus on KPIs to our clients within an accurate and efficient timetable.
- Interact with internal and external partners to ensure client-dictated standards are achieved.
- Allocate charges based on both internal processes and customer-specific guidelines
- Gather and compiles billing information into monthly spend reports with analytics focusing on a set of metrics and KPIs
- Explains data to stakeholders, pointing out variances and the reasons behind them and suggests opportunities for savings or optimization
- Answers client inquiries about any costs pertaining to their department/location, providing a breakdown of charges and ensuring the system is updated with any requested changes
- Invoice clients for managed services and pass-thru services on a monthly basis

**Qualifications**
- Associates degree or current college enrollment
- 1-2 year's prior experience in data entry, data analytics and/or administrative professional office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or equivalent computer software programs
- Knowledge of the Telecom industry preferred or the ability to learn within 30 days of employment
- Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to have high attention to detail and remain organized
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral)
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to take a proactive approach to research and problem solving
