BILLING/ACCOUNTING STAFF

 

Billing/Accounting Staff Responsibilities:
Create Invoices as required and forward them to the Client

Respond to and timely resolve customer chargebacks

Preparing journal entries, analysis, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes

Contribute

to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projectionsMeeting processing and reporting deadlines.

PT Cash custodian

Assisting the accounting manager as needed

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any related accounting course.

2+ years of accounting experience.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong numeracy and analytical skills.

Good problem-solving and time-management skills.

Highly organized and detail-oriented
