Bilingual Property Management Backer (Spanish-Speaking) - Wfh

Responsibilities:

Inbound Communication: Answer inbound calls from renters reporting issues or requesting repairs.
Repair Coordination: Liaise with property management to schedule and facilitate necessary home repairs.
Language Skills: Provide fluent Spanish and English support to accommodate our diverse tenant base.
Weekend
Availability: Available to work weekends, addressing urgent tenant needs promptly.

Organized and responsive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
No sales or outbound calls are required; focus solely on tenant service and coordination.
