Our **People Shared Services Team **is looking for experienced **Bilingual People Shared Services Coordinator (Spanish)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Execute day-to-day operations support.
- Act and resolve ticket requests by adhering to quality standards and in a timely manner.
- Handle calls and come up with the proper and best resolution for shareholder.
Calls must be adequately documented through ticket creation.
- Ensure all SLA's are achieved, avoid breaches on SLA and review dates.
Keep tickets up to date by entering in the journal notes action that were done.
- Resolve clients' concerns and issues timely
- Create memos that capture the updates needed, use the correct template, and achieve quality.
- Work with QA team in ensuring tickets and transactions are appropriately completed
- Keep abreast with all the updates within the HCM system and with new processes that are in place for the PSS operations group.
- Undertake tasks as assigned to you within HCM system
**We are looking for the following qualifications, skills, and attributes**:
- **Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in HR Shared Services industry**:
- **Above average oral and written skills in both Spanish and English**:
- Process oriented and keen attention to details.
- Amenable to work on a night shift schedule
- High-energy with a strong desire to develop and succeed.

This job offer can be based either in **Makati **, **Quezon City **or in our office in **Cebu **, depending on your home base / location.
