The Project Manager Project will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. You will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Project Management and Coordination Oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to IT team members to ensure efficient workflow. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients in both English and Mandarin. Facilitate cross-cultural understanding and liaise with stakeholders to ensure clarity in technical and project goals. Project Planning and Tracking: Develop comprehensive IT project plans, including resource estimation and allocation. Use IT project management tools to track project milestones and deliverables. Risk and Change Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks specific to IT projects. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, employing IT-focused verification techniques. Reporting and Documentation: Generate and maintain detailed IT project documentation, including progress reports, proposals, and requirements. Conduct project reviews and evaluations to assess technology implementation success. Prepare and manage IT project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and recommending necessary adjustments. Stakeholder and Vendor Relations: Act as the primary IT project liaison for stakeholders and third-party vendors. Build and maintain relationships focused on technology solutions and services. Meeting Management: Organize and conduct meetings, preparing minutes and reports in both Mandarin and English. Determine the frequency and content of team status reports, analyzing results to address potential issues. Analyze team status reports to address potential IT project issues. Success Criteria and Quality Control: Establish and communicate IT project success criteria. Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering projects. Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project). Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both Mandarin and English. Proficient in engaging with clients and teams in a clear and effective manner. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating teams. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with an ability to lead teams through complex project challenges. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on attention to detail and multitasking. Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira). Ability or willingness to quickly learn and use various general and specialized software and hardware relevant to the organization and industry. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, capable of reading, analyzing, and interpreting business documents, professional journals, and corporate regulations. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team. LANGUAGE SKILLS Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential. Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
