Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Bidding Specialist located in Makati. As a Bidding Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the bidding process for construction projects, analyzing bid documents, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation, bidding, cost estimation and presentation abilities
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
High level of professionalism and integrity
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, partners, and new opportunities for business growth.
Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential business opportunities through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for additional services.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed business proposals, including pricing, terms, and timelines, tailored to the specific needs of potential clients.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners to secure favorable terms for the company.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business development strategies that align with the company's overall goals.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the progress of business development activities, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to stay up-to-date with market trends and to network with potential clients and partners.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure a seamless transition from business development to project execution.
Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by offering insights, market data, and strategic guidance to close deals.
