Bidding Assistant

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for identifying leads for bidding opportunities in the government.
- Monitors PhilGeps regularly.
- Prepares bid documents and attends pre-bid conferences.
- Ensures the bid documents are submitted timely before the deadline.
- Supervises and monitors overall projects deliverables and status.
- Does canvassing, preparation, and purchasing of required deliverables.
- Prepares all documents and requirements needed in the post-qualification.
- Assists the Bidding Officers in the completion of documents needed for bidding.
- Performs additional tasks that are related to the department.
Qualifications:

- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
- At least one (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 years experienced employee specializing in IT/Computer Software or equivalent.
- Must have experience in Government bidding.
- Must be a Filipino citizen living in the Philippines.
Additional Requirements:

- Must be willing to report to our head office in Loyola Heights, Quezon City (near Ateneo de Manila University) and to work at home (hybrid setup).
- Stable internet connection and working computer at home.

**Salary**: From Php18,000.00 per month
