Job Description:
We seek an experienced and skilled proposal manager to lead the crafting of compelling responses to requests for proposals, representing our brand in a rapidly evolving environment. This role interfaces with executives throughout our dynamic and diverse global company to portray client solutions for our award-winning services.
Coordinate proposal through every stage of development, including building custom content, capturing input from contributors, researching, analyzing, personalizing content to client needs, conceptualizing graphics, and resolving issues.Refine value propositions, solution depictions, and help pinpoint unique selling points.Read and interpret solicitation documents (RFPs) to identify critical content items required for a compliant response.Serve as technical writer, proofreader and editor.Adhere to published global brand guidelines and style guides.Contribute in a diverse, highly collaborative virtual environment that values innovation, creativity, and quality.Help maintain the library of assets.Provide project status reports at regularly scheduled checkpoints with leadership.Other related project management and design tasks as assigned.Research techniques to remain updated on key technology, marketing, and industry trends.Required Skills:
Canadian Government Bid Experience.Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.Experience writing proposals for commercial and public entities in Canada.Technical writer with experience developing and maintaining a repository of content.Expertise in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams. Adobe product experience, online publishing, and similar experience are also valuable.Ability to work independently in an at-home setting, collaborating with Canada and global stakeholders in a team-based environment.Understanding of sales, marketing concepts, practices, and procedures.Experience writing and reviewing Information Technology content.Strong sense of ownership, a disciplined approach to quality and an awareness of its effect on the intended executive audience.Ability to organize multiple projects in a systematic way to establish priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving and initiative to bring projects through to the finish line.Strong commitment to continuous improvement and dynamic learning.Ability to view a computer monitor, type for several hours, and collaborate in real time through video conference.Qualification:
Bachelor's/College Degree.
