We are looking for someone to join our Australian team to actively work within the sales team focusing on strategy, solutioning and execution. You will lead and execute strategies to cultivate within the mining sector. You'll also get to work with existing customers on expanding our offering and solutions to suit their needs.
Job DescriptionWhat you'll be doing: Collaboration is key as you work closely with BDMs, Marketing and the Executive team to project manage proposal responses and oral presentations.You'll be responsible for managing tasks, timelines, and team activities to ensure on-time and high-quality submissions.You'll engage company-wide resources to support bids effectively. Leveraging support from Marketing and Graphic Design, you'll improve and accelerate proposal and oral presentation development.Assemble and review proposals for accuracy and compliance in layout, formatting, and required documents.Perform technical writing, editing, and proofreading.Develop creative collateral for proposals, executive summaries, and presentations with our in-house Graphic Designer.Develop and Manage a RFP 'Knowledge Library' to support tenders.Develop and Manage a 'Data Library' to support tenders.Champion Data Integrity: Advocate for data hygiene, identify pipeline issues, and recommend corrective actions.Collect, Analyze and present data in easy to read formats for customers.QualificationsYou'll have: Minimum 5 years of experience in bid management, proposal writing or enterprise sales support, ideally within a Professional Services/corporate environment.Bachelor's degree preferably in English, Journalism, Business, Computer Science or similar degree.Leads the Bids as the proposal coordinator working with BDs, Sales, Marketing and Product SMEs for solutioning.Experience in Proposal/Bid Management and RFx (RFI/RFP/RFQ) processes, organizing and managing winning proposals in response to request for proposals (RFPs).Thorough experience in attending proposal kick-off meetings, participating in storyboarding sessions, attending review meetings/final document review, managing deal governance/sign off and delivery of the completed proposal.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to conceptualize and think creatively.Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.Flexibility to work under pressure and tight deadlines.Time management, planning, multi-task and project management skills.Passion for supporting sales operations and strong coaching abilities.Exceptional proposal and presentation development abilities with great data analysis skills.Strong communication skills (both written and verbal English).Additional InformationWorking at VERIDAPT: Our benefits for employees include:
