AN IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be fluent in Bengali, plus intermediate or basic English, spoken and written.
Experience in marketing, sales or handling international clients for at least 6 months.
Experience in content creation for SEO, conducting customer and market research and/or campaign management for marketing initiatives is a big plus.
Must possess a positive attitude and can take constructive criticism, be coachable, and show willingness to learn.
Basic computer operations (MS Office) skills, and a typing speed of 35 WPM or above.
Must be flexible to work in shifting schedules (graveyard shift, holidays, and up to 12h daily).

Key Responsibilities/Duties
Identify and signing up of new clients using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, others).
Interact with potential customers offering our products and promotions.
Upselling to existing clients with additional products.
Understands standard operating procedures and delivers service that is according to the quality standards set by the Company.
Performs other functions and special projects as assigned by immediate Supervisor or Senior Agent.
