Beauty Consultant

Job Summary: As a Beauty Consultant, you will provide expert advice and personalized services to clients to enhance their beauty and skincare routines. You will stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and products, creating a welcoming environment that encourages clients to explore and purchase treatments, services and products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Consultation: Assess clients' beauty needs and preferences through one-on-one consultations, providing tailored treatments, services and products recommendations.
• Client Needs: Identify client needs and goal, assist them in finding and selecting appropriate treatments, services and products.
• Product Demonstration: Showcase and demonstrate the use of skincare, treatments, and services to clients.
• Sales Expertise: Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling beauty products, treatments and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Trend Awareness: Stay informed about the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide clients with current information and advice.
• Customer Education: Educate clients on proper skin care before and after treatments and beauty techniques to enhance their overall experience.
• Inventory Monitoring: Manages stocks and presentation of products.

Qualifications:
• 2 years Previous experience in beauty consulting, cosmetics sales, or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, skincare routines, and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to continuous learning.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
