Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outletsCreate innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased guest patronageEstablish the level of customer experienceAid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability Qualifications At least 2 years of experience being an Outlet Manager and Bar Manager, has progressive career in F&B Service gained in a 5-star Hotel/Resort.Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as neededExcellent knowledge in Cocktails.Superior communication and customer service skillsStrong management and leadership capabilitiesExcellent management skills and experience in both front and back of the house.Proficiency in occupational health and safety standards is an advantage.Passion for working with people
