Your mission is to retain, expand, and grow existing corporate clients who need help in remote staffing solutions.
You will be required to...
Generate new business through a variety of methods cold calling, research within existing client database, LinkedIn and referrals
Identify and reach out to existing customer within you sector
Obtain high value staffing requirements from corporate clients
Help manage key existing accounts to drive revenue growth
Maintain internal CRM and SOW
Efficient pipeline management, ensuring targets are being met and exceeded
Attending regular meetings, provide reports and accurate forecasts
Qualifications And Requirements

Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to manage relationships and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders.
Proven ability in complex negotiations at Senior and C - Level.
Commercial and Business Acumen, understanding how businesses work and what are the drivers of growth.
Attention to detail, strong project management and numeric skills, a customer solutions focus & consultative sales style and deadline driven attitude are some of your other refining qualities.
Experience in Offshore staffing solutions will be beneficial.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or sales related fields of study
Experience in BPO
Sales for a minimum of 2 years
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
