The Ideal candidate must have:Possess a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline At least 10 years of experience in both Sales and Business Development Have at least a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the following disciplines: o Components, System and Plant Certification o Risk analysis, risk management o Bankability studies, Feasibility studies, Environmental impact assessment o Inspection and assessment Established track records in leading both market planning and business development initiatives Has broad cross-cultural and market exposure with strong networks across the region Dynamic self-starter who is versatile and has sound business judgment Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and people management skills Willing to travel around the Philippines and ASEAN region
