SPECIFICATIONS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
BUSINESS EXPANSION
- Generate leads and pursuits pipeline
- Survey assigned area for potential business
- Send letter of intent and arrange meeting with clients
- Coordinate with the client for additional information regarding the feasibility
study
- Prepare write-up and costing for presentation and approval of BDM
- Prepare proposal materials for client presentation
- Conduct client presentation
- Prepare contract for the agreement, set meeting to finalize agreement
- Assist the BD head and/or the BDO in the client presentation
- Build strong and retain good relationships with the customers
- Attend to all other tasks relevant to business development that may be
assigned
OPERATIONAL CARPARKS
- Monitor the sales revenue and costs
- Analyze and study the vacancy causes and patterns
- Prompt marketing unit of the operation's dept to prepare a marketing plan
simultaneous with the site approval memorandum
OPERATIONS AND OTHER DEPARTMENTS
- Coordinate with the Operations Head the operational details for new
parking sites
- Coordinate with the Facilities Head the technical details for new parking
sites
- Coordinate with other heads about their participation in the new parking
sites
CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Respond to and manage all client's inquiries, complaints, and claims in an
efficient and timely manner
- Building and maintaining good rapport with lessors and their officers.
CARPARK PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS
- Monitor and report on promotional campaigns developed including
competitor's activities
- Monitor pricing strategies that increase yield and revenue
- Contributing to the development of strategic plans and preparations of
tender documentation and other proposals for the future expansions of
parking operations
OTHERS
- Performs other tasks assigned from time to time by immediate superior

QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's Degree holder preferably in a business-related course or marketing
Must have at least one year of experience in various functional areas of sales and marketing and/or business development such as market expansion strategy, product & service innovations, and revenue-generating management
Must be analytical, result-oriented, and can work in a fast-paced environment
Has strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
