Overall Job Responsibilities- Maintains hygiene standards at the bar at all times.- Bar management and cost control.- Bar service according to the FORBES standard.Functional Job ResponsibilitiesFunction 1- Mixes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standards and guest preference.- Creation of more innovative cocktails menu selection with low cost.- Creates new and exciting cocktail concoctions according to the outlet concept standards.- Performs daily inventory and arrangement of the requisition from the storeroom and logistics.- FIFO rule is implemented at all times.Function 2- Behaves in a friendly and professional manner to all guests, customers and staff.- Performs other assigned duties by Supervisor..- Participates actively to daily/weekly/monthly briefings and meetings and communicate all relevant information's pertaining outlets daily operational concerns.- Can handle unique situation and provide relative solution.- Liaise and coordinates with other Hotel sub departments.- Maintains hygiene and grooming standards in line with Solaire Resort & Casino standards.Function 3- Provides bar service according to FORBES standard of service.- Follows beverage requirements based on REO/BEO.- Reports equipment's, furniture's and fixtures for repair to Supervisor for immediate action.- Adheres to all security/fire/safety procedures and standards.- Ensures that all spoilage, breakages are properly monitored and recorded.**Salary**: Php17,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Staff meals providedSchedule:- Shift systemSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary
