Job Title: Bartender

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Bartender with at least 2 years of experience in both casual and fine dining environments to join our team. The ideal candidate has prior experience working with popular brands like KFC, Wendy's, Kenny Rogers, or Subway and is knowledgeable in drink preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean bar area. You will be responsible for crafting a variety of beverages, delivering exceptional service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Beverage Preparation: Mix and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer requests, maintaining high standards for quality and presentation.
Customer Engagement: Welcome guests warmly, take drink orders, and ensure a pleasant and engaging experience for all patrons.
Order Accuracy: Accurately take, prepare, and serve drink orders, ensuring all items are correct and meet the guest's specifications.
Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized bar, washing glasses, sanitizing surfaces, and adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, replenish bar supplies, and assist with bar inventory counts as needed.
Upselling and Recommendations: Offer suggestions based on the guest's preferences, promote signature drinks, and upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience.
Payment Handling: Process customer payments accurately, including handling cash and card transactions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations, supporting other team members during busy periods as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender in casual or fine dining settings.
Prior experience with brands like KFC, Wendy's, Kenny Rogers, or Subway is a plus.
Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and beverage presentation.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders.
Friendly, reliable, and a positive team player.
Working Hours: 8 hours with 1 day off per week
