JOB DESCRIPTION

Open and close store on time.

Learn about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques at part with shop's standards.

Implement required shop customer-service practices when servicing customers.

Describe menu items and give appropriate product suggestions to customers.

Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as coffee and other specialty beverages.

Prepare foods, such as sandwiches or baked goods.

Pack food and beverages for sale.

Clean work and service areas, empty trash, and sanitize equipment and utensils.

Clean and maintain comfort room/s.

Assist manager in ordering, receiving, and managing stock supplies.

Receive and process customer payments.
