Job Title: Barista
Job Purpose: The Barista member is responsible for delivering high-quality beverages and food in a fast--
paced café environment. This role combines barista duties with kitchen support, ensuring customer
satisfaction through excellent service, food preparation, and beverage crafting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages to
customers.
• Assist in food preparation, including sandwiches and pasta, maintaining high standards of quality
and presentation.
• Operate kitchen and café equipment (e.g., espresso machines, ovens, blenders).
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace, ensuring food safety and good hygiene standards are
followed.
• Manage customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Assist with stock management, inventory checks, and ordering supplies.
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and products in compliance with health and safety
regulations.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in both kitchen work and barista duties (at least 1 year preferred).
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment, with a passion for delivering quality customer service.
• Knowledge of food safety and good hygiene practices.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:
• Salary: ?645/day (subject to government wage policies).
• Benefits: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG contributions, 13th Month Pay.
Work Schedule:
• Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (subject to change based on business needs).
Employment Type:
• Will start as a probationary, with the possibility of a permanent position based on performance
and company needs.

• Reports to the Café Manager.
