Banquet Manager

Details of the offer

1. Plans and oversees all aspects of banquets/catering events, including manpower line up, set-up and events implementation.
2. Responsible for the supervision of all Banquet OIC, Supervisors, Banquet Planner and regular captain waiters.
3. Reviews contract and requirements of events.
4. Ensure that all event requirements are planned according to contract.
