Banking Merchant Sales Associate - Ilocos Norte

Job Requirements:

Completion of a 4-year degree program is mandatory.
Previous experience in marketing and sales within the financial or banking industry is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.

Desirable qualities include flexibility and effective articulation.
Willingness to engage in field work is required.

Responsibilities as an Associate, Small Merchants in Ilocos Norte:

Establish or terminate affiliations with new-to-bank (NTB) merchants for P2M/e-wallet and/or new product expansion within the assigned area.
Assist the division and actively participate in company promotions and projects.
Conduct searches and evaluations to identify potential merchants in the area and create a portfolio of prospects.
Regularly visit assigned merchants to address their immediate needs and concerns.
Review actual billings against targets and prepare weekly and monthly analysis reports for submission to the division and group head.
Recommend and execute the termination of merchant affiliations based on criteria such as non-billers, failure to meet billing requirements, instances of fraud, or as recommended by CCAP (Customer Complaints Action Panel).
