Banking & Finance Csr

We're hiring a Customer Service Representative to join in Taguig. The role will focus on the Everyday Banking account.

Your Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.

Needed Qualifications
Education: completed at least 2 years in college (no back subjects)
Minimum 6 months of BPO/contact center experience (preferably 1 year or more solid customer service experience)
Must be willing to work on-site
