JOB REQUIREMENT: Open for Non-Bachelors DegreeAt least 2-3 years Call Center experienceAmenable to work in a shifting scheduleAmenable to attend face to face interview once requestedAmenable to be train on site JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Making constant use of the tools and resources to guarantee first call resolution for clients.Respond quickly and effectively to consumer inquiries by learning about their needs, determining the underlying cause of the inquiry, and offering a suitable and long-lasting solution.Become brand ambassadors by giving customers the greatest experience possible during all voice encounters in an effort to increase sales.Work in a professional setting while fulfilling financial, risk, and customer-centric KPIs and goals as needed.With ongoing formal training and guidance from your supervisors, you can rapidly advance your financial knowledge and abilities.
