Banking Advisory Senior Analyst

We are seeking a talented and experienced Banking Advisory Senior Analyst to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze financial statements and complete the Manual Spread Template
• Credit Data Research - Credit / Equity Rating reports research
• Business operations and structure research - Updating of parent - subsidiary linkages
• Analyze financial statements and financial ratios, interpret financial data and provide credit risk assessment and recommendation
• Perform internal Quality Reviews to Junior Credit Analysts

Skills and Qualifications:
• Must be a college graduate with a business degree such as (but not limited to) Accountancy, Finance, Economics.
• MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus.
• Must be able to understand and interpret the financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Changes in Stockholders Equity, and Notes to the financial statements). Knowledge in Annual Reports and/or Credit/Equity Reports (Standard & Poor and Moody's) is a plus
• Highly analytical to be able to understand financial ratios (profitability, liquidity, leverage, solvency ratios) and able to interpret several together
• Previous experience as credit analyst/credit risk analyst or equity financial analyst for banks or other major financial institutions is required (at least 2 years of related experience)
